MATTHEW LEVY is the CEO of Results Management Group, a management consulting and executive coaching firm that supports executives and management teams to align with bold new visions and transform companies to achieve new levels of results. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in International Studies from the School of International Service at American University. He also studied conflict resolution at the Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative at the Project on Negotiation of Harvard Law School and completed post-graduate work in entrepreneurship at Wharton School of Business and in business administration at the Monterey Institute of Technology (ITESM) near Mexico City. He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese and has traveled to more than 25 countries, living for extended periods in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Miles Keirson

Miles Kierson has been a management consultant for more than 20 years, and he has a stellar track record of success with clients that spans across industries and company sizes. His specialty is executive team and organizational alignment, leadership development, and the successful execution of strategy, with a particular emphasis on engaging all stakeholders in the process. He is also the author of The Transformational Power of Executive Alignment.

His background is both entrepreneurial and corporate. He sold his interest in his first business at the age of 27, and was later a senior vice president for a commercial real estate firm as well as a vice president at CSC Strategic Consulting Services. His entry into the world of consulting was as a sales trainer, but he began developing his approach to organizational effectiveness and performance improvement early in his career.

Mr. Keirson's style is collaborative and empowering, keeping true to his own intention to have whatever he does add to the client’s internal capability and sense of accomplishment, yet he has built his reputation by being straight with people at all times. “You get the feeling”, said one senior executive at a large insurance company, “that he would step in front of a moving truck for you.” That company realized a savings of $100,000,000 after the first year of the work Miles led with them.
